What is the Rigby Roastery?
Naiman Rigby and his father, Marty Rigby, collect and roast a unique selection of coffees with valuable stories to tell and incredible flavors and aromas to offer, just for you. The Rigby Roastery is a small family business in Austin,TX serving a select group of coffee lovers by mail. Co-Owner Brigette Hutchison along with her mother, Sylvia Ledoux, manage the artistic direction, packaging, and shipping for the business. It is truly a family affair. Every batch is meticulously prepared and individually roasted with limited bags available of each micro lot we curate.
How do I order coffee?
Add items to your cart. Select View Cart once you’ve added everything you’d like to buy. Enter your billing address and shipping information. Add your payment information and select from the shipping options. Add any Gift Card info and notes you want to apply to the order and select “Place Order” when all the required fields are complete and correct. Now sit back and wait for your awesome coffee to arrive in the next few days!
Why is your coffee better than others?
Rigby Roastery offers select micro lots sourced from single farmers, communities and cooperatives located at celebrated geographies along the equator. All the coffee we offer is grown and sourced equitably from crop to cup with a focus on ensuring the needs of the people at every point of the supply chain are met. Our family run business utilizes a controlled small batch production method that allows for each order to be fresh roasted and packaged directly at the coffee roasting machine. This process is detail oriented, superfluously clean, and quality focused.
When will your brick and mortar, Corona Coffee, reopen?
Corona Coffee will reopen as soon as we are able. We don’t actually know when that will be. We can tell you with absolute certainty that we have big plans for the future, and the best way to support us right now is through this site. We will keep everyone updated through all the normal channels and on this site.
How much coffee can I order?
There are multiple size options for purchase for most of our offerings from 12 oz. bags to 5 lbs. at a time. The more you buy, the bigger the discount! Because we often have less than 35lbs of each lot we offer, we sometimes limit certain lots to only one bag per purchase. If you want to buy more than one bag of our rare premier varietals of coffee, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Can I buy coffee from the Rigby Roastery with a Square payments gift card I bought from Corona Coffee?
Yes! Please send an email to email@example.com letting us know you’d like to make an order, and we will reply promptly to take your order and invoice you through the Corona Coffee Square system.
How is it shipped?
Each coffee order is packaged and boxed directly out of the roaster and delivered to the post office for shipping by the following business day. This process can be completed by a single individual and ensures limited contact with the product and maximum cleanliness during processing.
How long does it take?
Shipping via USPS priority mail is one business day for local orders in the Austin area. All other US locations usually take only a couple days but could take up to 3-5 business days depending on the time of year and several variables such as holidays and weekends. USPS Express ships in 1-2 days max nationwide. Each coffee order is packaged and boxed directly out of the roaster and delivered to the post office for shipping by the following business day.
Can you grind coffee for me?
Absolutely! If you want your coffee ground for you, please select the size of grind you would like from the drop down menu before adding the coffee to your cart.
Do you offer returns?
